Gut bacteria formation and influencing factors

چکیده
ABSTRACT The gut microbiota plays an important role in human health. In modern life, with the improvement of living conditions, intake high-sugar and high-fat diets as well large-scale use antibacterial drugs have extensive impact on microbiota, even leading to microbiota-orchestrating disorders. This review discusses effects various factors, including geographic location, age, diet, drugs, psychological situation exercise bacteria, which helps us profoundly understand significance bacteria health find effective solutions prevent or treat related diseases.

Factors Influencing Histoplasmin Formation.
Histoplasmin was originally defined by Zarafonetis and Lindberg (1941) as "the antigenic substance or substances of Histoplasma capsulatum" Darling. The term, however, is now used generally to indicate the filtrate derived from the growth of the mycelial phase of Histoplasma in a liquid synthetic medium and capable of producting a positive skin reaction in sensitized animals and man. The histop...
متن کاملSome factors influencing phosphatidylcholine formation.
Conversion of ethanolamine to choline (l), with methionine serving as the methyl donor (2), has been established in the intact animal. Stetten (1) observed that the labeled nitrogen of ethanolamine-N15 was retained in the choline molecule, and we determined that the carbon chain of ethanolamine is the precursor in vivo of the choline carbon chain (3). Conversion of ethanolamine to choline by in...
متن کاملClii. Factors Influencing the Formation of Robison
COMPOUNDS which influence Robison ester formation from glycogen and inorganic phosphate in muscle extract may act either on the first step: glycogen + inorganic phosphate='glucose-l-phosphate (Cori ester)-or on the second step: Cori ester-+hexose-6-phosphate (Robison ester), or on both these steps. Several factors which increase or inhibit Robison ester formation could be shown to act on one or...
متن کاملFactors Influencing Soil Formation and Evolution in Banaft Region "Kasilian Mazandaran Watershed"
Extended abstract 1- Introduction Climate, terrain condition, vegetation coverage, parent materials, and time are among the factors that affect the soil formation and contribute to such soil properties as porosity, apparent and actual specific gravities, and clay and carbonate contents. The forest soils have been consistently regarded for their high content of organic matter and suitable stru...
متن کاملFactors Influencing the Recovery of Biochemical Mutants in Luminous Bacteria.
In an effort to obtain a clearer understanding of the relationship between luminescence in bacteria and the metabolic processes concerned with growth, attempts have been made to induce and recover biochemical mutants that would affect these two systems differentially. Since Beadle and Tatum (1945) have clearly shown in their investigations on the mold Neurospora crassa that it is possible by mu...
